Answer- The rights that are fundamental or very necessary for life of every citizen of India are included in Fundamental rights of Indian constitution.
There are mainly six that are provided by India constitution. These are as follows:
1. Right to Equality
2. Right to Freedom
3. Rights to Freedom of Religion
4. Cultural and Educational rights
5. Right against exploitation
6. Right to Constitutional Remedies.
The Fundamental right that protects all the other fundamental rights of Indian citizens is ‘Right to Constitutional Remedies.’
