This statement is absolutely right because the chicken who are feed on cracked grains of wheat, rice, jawar, barley and bone meal, waste meat meal e.t.c. .
These chicken utilize the simple components of these less important food material to synthesize and store highly nutritive material in their eggs and muscles. Their eggs contain 36 per cent yolk and 64 per cent protein, minerals and vitamins.
