How does a party file a nomination for its candidate

Q- How does a party file a nomination for its candidates?

Answer- A person want to file a nomination form if he was interested in contesting election so he had to fill the ‘nomination form’. After it he/she had to give some money as ‘security deposit’. Political parties nominates their candidates who get the party symbol and support.

There is also some eligibility of political parties to become candidate of that party to contest elections. These are:

1. Candidate should be educates as well as qualified.

2. Candidate should have a proper image and should not have any police complaint registered against him or criminal contact.

3. Candidate should be minimum 25 years or above.

After these all the parties whom they think best for their candidate nominate him and provide him ticket of their party. After this that person will become candidate of that party to contest election.
