Answer- Lysosomes are the cell organelle that would associate with elimination of old and worn out cells because lysosomes is the only cell organelle of the cell which contains digestive enzymes and these enzymes are enough capable to digest the worn and old cells that is why lysosomes are also known as scavengers of the cell. Lysosomes are very necessary in every cell because without them cells cannot survive anymore. These are small sac like structures that spread in cytoplasm of cells. Lysosomes digests old and worn out cells with the help of digestive enzymes present in it.
If accidentally the digestive enzymes spread from the lysosomes so they are enough capable to digest complete cell. That’s why lysosomes are also known as suicidal bag of cells. Generally lysosomes help in digestion of unwanted particles that enter in cell.
