Q- How or why is the ‘Right to Freedom’ called a cluster of several rights?
Answer- The word ‘Right to Freedom’ refers to a right which provides freedom of everything. Under India Constitution the ‘Right to Freedom’ covers many rights that is why it is called as cluster of rights. The ‘Right to Freedom’ covers many rights some of them are as follows:
1. Freedom to live or reside in any part or area on country.
2. Freedom to do any work or practise any profession that he or she wishes to do or follow.
3. Freedom of speech and expression.
4. Freedom of assembly held n a peaceful way or manner.
5. Freedom to move freely throughout the country.
