Answer:- Poverty line is estimated in India on the bases of consumption level. Ever person have basic needs in their minimum level of daily expenses like food, cloth, educational and medical needs.
All of these basic consumptions are calculated in money and the amount is called estimated level the person who is earning less than the estimated level they he/she is below the poverty line and if he/she is earning more than the estimated level so it should be takes under above the poverty line.
