Health and its types
Health is a condition in which a person is physically, psychologically as well as socially well to do. Majorly health is divided into two main sub-categories. These are given below with a brief description of them.

- Mental health
A person having good physical health is likely to have bodily functions and processes functioning at their peak. If any person is physically healthy so this doesn’t mean that the person is totally healthy because for it the person also had to be mentally healthy.
A person is called physically healthy not just due to the absence of disease. But also because of regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate rest.
Physical well-being is about adopting a healthy lifestyle to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of any disease. We should maintain our physical fitness as it can protect and develop our breathing endurance, heart functioning, muscle strength, flexibility as well as body composition.
Taking care of our physical health and well-being also involves reducing the risk of injury or health problems. Now we are telling you some ways through which you can reduce the chances of any injury or health problem. So, read the points given below carefully:

There are many people who are not mentally well so this sometimes affects their physical health too because if any person is not mentally well so he/she does not know what is right and what’s wrong and he/she did any act that affects their physical health. In this way, we can conclude that mental health affects physical health a lot.
It is too much difficult to define the mental health of any person than physical health because there are many psychological diagnoses that depend on how a person perceives their experience. However, with improved testing, doctors are now able to identify certain physical signs of certain types of mental illness through CT scans and genetic testing.
Good mental health is not categorized only by the absence of depression, anxiety, or some other disorder. Mental health also depends on several other factors. Some of them are given below:
