Answer- If any person is needed to be arrested and detained. The following procedure is needed:
1. A person who has to be arrested or detained in custody will be informed about the reason for his or her arrest and detention.
2. A person who has to be arrested or detained shall be produced before the nearest magistrate within a period of 24 hours of his or her arrest.
3. A person who has to be arrested or detained had right to consult a lawyer or engage a lawyer for his or her defence.
