How did Apartheid end in South Africa

Q- When did Apartheid end in South Africa?

Answer- Due to the increased protest and struggle of back people by forming or joining ANC which refers to African National Congress, it is an umbrella organization that led the struggle against the policies of segregation and discrimination that is done between blacks and white in South Africa. This African National Congress includes many workers’ unions and Communist Party.

Due to this increase in protest the white rulers could no longer keep the blacks under their rule through repression. Finally at midnight of 26th April 1994, the Republic of South Africa got freedom from apartheid.
