Answer- The blacks are suppressed a lot by the whites of South Africa. Since, 1950 the blacks started struggling, protesting and marched against the white minorities. They formed African National Congress (ANC). African National Congress (ANC) was the umbrella organization which led the struggle against the policies of segregation.

This included many workers unions’ and the Communist Party. Many sensitive whites also joined the ANC to oppose apartheid and play a leading role in this struggle. Several countries also denounced apartheid as unjust and racist.
