how did the changes brought about by colonial rule affect the lives of pastoralist

Q- how did the changes brought about by colonial rule affect the lives of pastoralist?

Answer:-

· Grazing lands were converted into fields for growing crops or turned into cultivation field and the left areas where villagers took their cattle to graze were locked for peoples like forest due to which it become very large problem in graze animals.

· As pastureland disappears animals were took to graze at a remaining land for a long time which doesn’t allow the vegetation on the land.

This lead to destruction of pasturelands and also after destruction of pasturelands many cattle were also died due to shortage of pasturelands.
