Q- How were Andaman and Nicobar Islands formed?
Answer- There is no proper answer for the formation of Andaman and Nicobar Islands but it is believed that these islands are an elevated portion of submarine mountains in the Bay of Bengal. They are located on a submerged or submarine hill range and are probably by the volcanic eruption in that region. There are various volcanic mountains which are still active over here.
