Answer- If there is a low rainfall in a village throughout the year; I would suggest some measure for better cropping. These are as follows:
1. Farmers should grow drought resistant varieties of crop.
2. I would suggest them to put more humus in soil of their farm to make it more porous in nature thereby the water holding capacity will increase.
3. I would also suggest them to practicise farming of early maturing varieties.
