In brief state what happens when rheo leaves are boiled in water first and then a drop of sugar syrup is put on it

Q- In brief state what happens when rheo leaves are boiled in water first and then a drop of sugar syrup is put on it?

Answer:- When Rheo leaves are boiled in water first and then a drop of sugar syrup is put on it so the cells of rheo leaf get killed including all the internal cell organelles due to very high temperature while boiling it. Hence there will no plasmolysis occur in it on adding sigar syrupon it and when we add drop of sugar syrup to it so the dead cells of rheo leaf doesn’t show any process (such as osmosis and plasmolysis) because after boiling rheo leaf most of the cells in that leaf became dead and this leads to lack of any process such as osmosis or plamolysis.

The above is sufficient brief answer for above question as the above question asked that what happens when rheo leaves are boiled in water first and then a drop of sugar syrup is put on it. So, above it is told that when we boiled rheo leaf so due to high temperature the cells along with most of the cell organelles get dead and when we add drops of sugar syrup on it so it will not show any kind of process (such as plasmolysis and osmosis) because cells of rheo leaf are dead.
