Answer- There were several slave trade ports in France at the time of French revolution because at that time slave trade was very popular among traders. In slave trade merchants used to buy or sell people as slaves to other countries. In it the slaves were bounded with chains and exported to other countries through ships. There are many Save trade ports in France. But the most popular ports through which slave trade was done are as follows:

1. Bordeaux

2. Nantes

The French slave trade function along a triangular route that includes Africa, America and Europe. This triangular slave trade route among these three countries is done to overcome the shortage of labors or slaves for plantation in these areas. The French Merchants used to export slaves from Nantes and Bordeaux to African coasts to fulfill the shortage of slaves for plantation.
