Answer- Sunderban Delta is the largest delta in the World. This delta is filled by various tributaries and Ganga river when it passes from West Bengal. Sunderban Delta is also World’s fastest growing delta which has a very high growing speed. The Sunderban Delta is known as Sunderban Delta because in this delta there are Sundri trees grown in a large numbering that is why this delta is named after Sundari trees of Sunderban Delta.
