Answer- This statement is not true because the rules of a constitution are supreme and from the basis of any other law formed. Any rule formed which is against the constitution or any law of constitution is considered null and should be void by the supreme court of that country.

(b) This statement is true because the constitution of a country separates the powers of different organs of the government and states the process of formation such as election procedure for legislature or president.

(c) This statement is true because the fundamental rights guarantee the rights of citizens and thereby limiting the power of government to interfere with those rights.

(d) This statement is not true because the constitution of a country has articles, which has been derived from Liberal, values among others.
