Answer- The two main differences between outer and inner nuclear membranes are as follows:
1. The inner membrane of nucleus is studded with ribosomes whereas the outer membrane of nucleus is not studded with ribosomes.
2. The inner membrane of nucleus is joint or connected to Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum where as the outer membrane of nucleus is not connected with Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum.
