Answer- This came about in January 1933, when President of Germany offered Hitler the top post of all Ministers. Then unfortunately Weimar Republic failed and the mysterious fire incident in Reichstag (German Parliament) occurs that gave a best opportunity to Hitler to take all power in his hands. He used Article 48 for suspending civil rights and impose emergency to take over all power of Germany.
This all leads to destruction of democracy in Germany.
