Answer:- In order to fulfill social obligation and other social and cultural ceremonies like many poor people who doesn’t afford to buy cloths in festivals but they have to buy new cloths for their family due to cultural factors for that they have to borrow money in high interest rates, for the repayment of these interest they have to work for a long time and sometimes have to work in fields and other working places of money lender for free which effect in economic condition of family due to which socio-cultural and economic factors responsible for poverty.
