Answer- Parenchyma are oval, rounded and polygonal shaped tissues. These are thin walled and living cells. Parenchyma are the most abundant type of permanent tissue of plants and is found in softer tissues such as epidermis, cortex, endodermis, pericycle, pith of roots e.t.c. .
Two main properties of Parenchymal tissues are:
