Q- What basic rules are followed to form a Constitution?
Answer- There are several rule that were taken in mind by all the member of Constituent assembly while drafting Constitution of India. Some basic rules that were followed to form a Constitution of India are as follows:
1. These rules should also determine what the elected governments are empowered to do and what they cannot do.
2. These rules should decide the rights of the citizens.
3. These rules should lay down how the rulers are to be chosen in future.
