· Pastoral groups were forced to live in the same place no migration was allowed to them they have to take a special permission to migrate or leave any place which is only given when they have major problem or harassment due to which it become difficult to take permission and if anyone found migrating was punished by guards.

· pastoralists were not allowed to live in areas of white people they were restricted to participate in any king of trade but it is also impossible to white people for not to talk with them because they were depend on them for labor, mine workers and other lower works
