Q- What was ‘Scientific Forestry’ mean?
Answer- Scientific Forestry was a science of managing forests and tree plantations. Cutting of the trees is controlled by forest department. Natural forests with different types of trees were cut down and replaced by one type of tree, planned in rows.
It’s also known as ‘tree plantation’.
