Q- What was the status of SCs or dalits in Palampur?
Answer- Palampur is an imaginary village which has total 450 families that are very less from these 450 families there is about one-third SCs. The SCs and dalit’s community live in one corner of the village and in much smaller houses, some of which are of mud and straw.
