Answer- Common lands were the land of people or group of people who owned it for their purpose but they allow poor and all people to enter there to graze their animals, collect fuel woods, collect fruits, vegetables as well as berries from there. No one can restrict or stop them from entering there. It was very beneficial for poor to survive.
