Answer- Democracies are more prosperous than others is not a good argument in favour of democracy. Democracy enables the people to elect their government and hold it accountable. Thus does not guarantee prosperity but means for the country to achieve prosperity. It depends upon the people and the government on how effectively they use democratic values and Institutions to achieve prosperity for the country.
