Q- Why are women employed in low paid work?
Answer In the society the women were considered very weak and poor. They were not think able for any work or job.. In ancient time women were not allowed to work or join a job and if anyone does so she would not be paid equal to a man. She is paid less than a man.
The main reason for this situation is that women or girl were not giving equal education. In India there are some families who believe that only boys should be educated.
But now the time has been changed and women have equal right to education and also get reservation in jobs to increase the engagement of women in jobs to make them aware.
