Q- How did the pastoralists react to the changes brought about by the colonial rule?

· When new boundaries formed to divide India and Pakistan it cause a major problem to people lives there because this stop the migration of people from India to Pakistan and due to this people start looking for new place to migrate due to this some of them were migrated to Haryana where they can graze their sheep on agriculture lands after harvest.

· Nomadic start giving up their nomadic lives and stop migration some of them are richer and bought their own land and start living a settled life and some start doing small works some of them become traders and start living a non nomadic life

· When pasturelands were closed for them they started to moving other direction some of them start doing small works some of them become traders and start living a non nomadic life
