Q- Differentiate between simple tissue and compound tissue.
Answer- The main differences between simple tissue and complex tissue are as follows:
1. The Simple tissue are formed of cells which are similar in form, structure and embryonic origin while the complex tissues are formed of cells which are no similar in structure, forms and embryonic origin.
2. The Simple tissues are simple in nature whereas the complex tissues are complex in nature.
3. Example of simple tissues is: Parenchyma, whereas example of complex tissue are: xylem and phloem.
