Q- How are ministers appointed?

Answer- The ministers are appointed through elections which were held after a specific time period. In these elections the one who got the majority of votes won the election. The Prime Minister is the one who is free to choose the minister according to majority in Lok Sabha. In this way ministers were appointed.

Sometimes the person who is not a Member of Parliament can also became a minister but such a person had to get elected to one of the Houses of the Parliament within six months of appointment as minister.
