Answer- Gymnosperms:

1. The seeds of gymnosperms are naked as no fruit formation take place.

2. The xylem tissue in gymnosperms has only tracheids no vessels are present in them. 

3. The phloem tissue in gymnosperms does not have companion cells.

4. Gymnosperms are not enclosed in ovary. 

5. Some examples of gymnosperms are: pinus and Cycas.

Angiosperms:

1. The seeds of angiosperms are not naked as they are enclosed inside the fruit.

2. The xylem tissue in angiosperms has vessels present in them. 

3. The phloem tissue in angiosperms have companion cells present in them.

4. Angiosperms are enclosed in ovary. 

5. Some examples of angiosperms are: Monocots and Dicots.
