Answer- There are several differences between roundworms and flatworms but the two main differences between roundworms and flatworms are as follows:
1. The body iof flatworms is dorsally flat while the body of roundworms is long, cyclindrical and circular in cross section.
2. Flatworms are acoelomate whereas roundworms are pseudocoelomates.
