Q- Pulse-polio programme is being regularly followed in various states of India but still the aim of polio eradication target is not achieved. Give the reasons.

Answer- We all know that Polio is a very dangerous disease that leads to disability for a whole lifetime. There are several Pulse-polio programmes launched in different states of India. These all programs are launched with a motive or target to make India Polio free. But still, India is not polio-free. There are several youths who became victims of polio disease in India.

Even though several programs were launched and India is not polio free because there are many people who are not aware to provide proper polio vaccine to their infant kids. This is the main factor that leads to damage to the future of many youths due to polio disease.

To prevent the chances of polio we all should make every parent aware of providing the proper vaccines for polio to their kids.
