Q- Which part of India experiences the highest diurnal range of temperature and why?
Answer- The Thar desert of Rajasthan and parts of Rann of Kutch experience temperature of about 50°C at day time and down to near freezing point at night.
This is because these areas are large with full covered are with sand and we know that sand at day sunlight becomes too hot and at night becomes too cold that is why these regions has highest diurnal range of temperature.
