Answer- We usually notice some children in our locality, family or friendship who fall ill more frequently than us and other. It is because some children have weak immune system and some have a strong immune system. So the children with strong immune system have more disease resisting power as compared to those who have weak immune system. That is why some children fall ill more frequently than others living in the same locality. The children who fall ill very frequently have a weak immune system and the children who do not fall ill very frequently have a strong immune system.
Conclusion from this answer we get that immune system is very essential for good health because immune system is that antibody in our body that protects our self from germs of various diseases.
