Q- Manoj went to a college to apply for admission into an MBA course.
The clerk refused to take his application and said “You, the son of a sweeper, wish to be a manager! Has anyone done this job for a sweeper’s position”. Which of Manoj’s fundamental rights are being violated in this instance? Spell these out in a letter from Manoj to the district collector.

Subject- Violation of the Fundamental Right
Respected Sir/Mam,
I am an aware citizen of India and my right to freedom to practice any profession or to carry on any occupation, trade or business has been violated. Recently I had applied for a job of Manager and it is rejected because my father’s occupation is sweeper. The reason of my form rejection is the profession of my father. It is a very big injustice with me. I request you to intervene in the matter and I may take the step further to file an application in the Court against the violation of my rights to freedom.
Thank You Sir/Mam
With Regards,
Manoj
