Answer- Public Interest Litigation is a system which was started by several judgments and directives to protect public interest and human rights. In this system every citizen has right to approach the court, if his or her or public interest was hurt by the actions of the government.
If anyone did this so the court ordered investigation team to investigate this matter then provide justice to citizens.
