Q- What does ‘Integration of Judiciary’ mean?
Answer- Judiciary is an independent authority of India which protects the rights of all the citizens of that country. Judiciary is same as election commission. Thee both authorities are independent and even ruling party cannot pressurize them.
‘Integration of Judiciary’ means that the Supreme Court controls the Judicial administrative in the country. It decisions are binding on all the other courts of the country.
The Integration of Judiciary provides it power to solve all kinds of disputes but the major disputes are as follows:
1. Dispute between citizens of the country.
2. Dispute between citizens and government.
3. Dispute between two or more state government.
4. Dispute between union and state government.
