Q- What does ‘Independence of Judiciary’ mean?
Answer- Judiciary is an independent authority of India which protects the rights of all the citizens of that country. Judiciary is same as election commission. Thee both authorities are independent and even ruling party cannot pressurize them.
‘Independence of Judiciary’ means that Judiciary is independent of all. Judiciary is not under the control of any body. In judiciary the judges do not act on the directions of government or according to the wishes of the party in power.
