Q- How are the Judges of Supreme Courts and high courts appointed and how can a judge be remove?

Answer- The Judges of Supreme and Hugh courts are appointed by the President. In a country President has right to appoint the Judges of Supreme courts and High courts. The appointment of judges of all courts is done by the President but he or she also had to take advice of Prime Minister for this decision. On the other hand the senior most justices of Supreme courts are appointed by the Chief Justice.

The Judges of Supreme Courts and high courts can be removed through a procedure which is called as Impeachment motion. Impeachment Motion is procedure which is done to remove or dismiss any person from big or supreme seats from his seat. For Impeachment Motion there should be passed through satisfaction of one-third members of the parliament.
